What is PDFAnnotations?
PDFAnnotations pulls the highlights, comments and sticky notes out of a PDF and turns them into a clean list. You can export them to Markdown, CSV or JSON, or send them on to Notion and Obsidian.
Everything runs in your browser, so the PDF is not uploaded. It also has tools to filter highlights by color, export Word comments and remove annotations from a PDF.
